ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL

Job Description
1.The responsibility to plan, organize and coordinate business operations
2.facility repair/maintenance coordination
3.Purchasing
4.Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and personal enquiries and attending to visitors.
5.Undertake administrative procedures
6.liaising with Vendors/Suppliers
7.Provide general clerical/administrative support including: - photocopying, filing, e-mailing, faxing, sorting and distributing mail. etc.
8.Advise and supervise other staff as required.
9.Provide administrative assistance to Consultants as required.
10.Manage and run computerized reports, provide lists/information/data as required.
11.Maintain manual and computer-based records.
12.Take notes at meetings.
13.Follow financial procedures and undertake general financial administration including:- processing orders and invoicing.
14.Provide administrative support to Finance Officer.
15.Comply with policies and procedures relating health, safety, welfare, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting any concerns to the Business support.

Requirements:
- Good 1st degree - Currently serving or about to serve (NYSC)
- Not more than 29yrs
