Recruitment Manager

Multinational diversified group with large African footprint.

Qualifications:
* You will have a University Degree in Human Sciences, Human Resources or a related subject. Ideally you will already have a minimum of 4 years experience within recruitment.
* Fluent in written/spoken English & French
* Strong communication, organization and influencing skills at a high level; you will be responsible for managing senior internal client relationships. The ability to push back and request process compliance is vital.
* External Focus; this will be a service center customized to the needs of our clients, the Line Managers and HR Managers. A deep customer focus and service mindset will be crucial to the success of this role.
* High level of autonomy. Able to multitask and work on a large number of recruitment projects at the same time, without losing attention to detail and to customer service.
* Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positively aggressive environment

Responsibilites:
* You will take Staffing leadership for all the Group's businesses across Africa
* You will be the key driver to proactively deliver on any of these functional recruitment needs.
* You will be directly responsible for the quality and timeliness of the candidate list presented to the Hiring Manager.
* You will dedicate a significant amount of time to proactive recruitment - linking in with the business plans in order to anticipate and deliver faster on future recruitment need of our business.
* Management of Briefing/Recruitment Meetings with Hiring Managers (Clients) and provision of weekly updates on every recruitment project.
* Ensuring consistent high quality of job descriptions.
* Posting of Jobs internally as well as externally.
* Interviewing candidates, phone screening as well as face-to-face meetings will be required. Writing concise feedback about strengths and development needs, and making appropriate recommendations to line management.
* Throughout the complete hiring process you will be personally responsible to manage the update of the Recruitment Tools - HireSystems, JobFlow, Workflow Forms.
