Helicopter/Flight Dispatcher

Job Discription:

1)Coordinate the check-in of passengers who are travelling by Helicopters
2)Supervise ACN at the check-in counter who are controlling ID,certificate,weight of passengers and luggage in orderto issue a proper manifest
3)Liase with the Helicopter contractor and offshore/onshore sites to carry out all helicopter operations safe and efficient
4)Prepare helicopter manifest nad ensure their delivery to the operating Provider as early as possible
5)Close the manifest after the departure of each helicopter and send them to site
6)Operate PTS computer system
7)Moniter all helicopter operation and report any anomalies immediately to the logistic Superitendent
8)Assist in keeping all record of all helicopter operations and their cost account
9)Maintain good contact with travelling personnel and the helicopter contractor to take into account any problems encountered and to consider ideas to improve safety and efficiency

Qualifications:
1)Basic knowledge in helicopter mechanic/flight performance
2) Holder of HLO(Helicopter Landing Officer)
3)Experience and disposition in organization,planning of personnel transport
4)Human relation skills and high safety awareness5)Autonomy and reliability
