Index Development is a property development real estate company with a construction arm, and is looking for the following

1) CIVIL ENGINEER:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Civil
Engineering or Building and at least a one year cognate experience.
He/She must be able to supervise artisans to meet company standard.

2) ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Electrical Engineering and at least a one year cognate experience.
He/She must be able to supervise artisans to meet company standard.

3)PRODUCTION OFFICER:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND in any of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building or other related disciplines and at least a one year cognate experience.
He/She must be able to work with little or no supervision and harness the input of various artisans to meet daily targets.

4) ARCHITECT:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc Architecture , proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for architectural designs and at least a one year cognate experience (M.Sc Architecture and skill in 3D Rendering are added advantage).

5) QUANTITY SURVEYORS:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc in Quantity Survey or a related course, and at least a one year cognate experience.

6) SURVEYORS:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc in Survey or a related course, and at least a one year cognate experience.

7) SITE ADMIN MANAGER:
LOCATION: Abuja, Enugu
AGE: 24-40
SALARY: To be advised
QUALIFICATION: The candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration or a related course, and at least a one year cognate experience. He/She must have good communication, leadership and analysis skills, and should be able to work under pressure, and with little or no supervision (possession of M.Sc or MBA are added advantage).
